- Once an approved order or RX is received we contact the patient and discuss what has been ordered and schedule a time that is convenient for them.
- Patient will receive instructions on the operation and use of the medical device or DME ordered.
- If a rental unit is ordered the patient will be notified on the length of time they have the device for their recovery and how to return it.
- Purchased DME and medical devices will be delivered directly to the patients home.
- All patients have direct phone access to us for any questions related to the operation and use of their medical device or DME.
- Patients are often contacted during their recovery to make sure everything is going well.
- Nexgen Medical handles all billing directly with TPA and insurance companies.
